City Education Gloomy? Not in Wolverhampton's Nursery Sector!

Councillor Phil Bateman today called on Wolverhampton to look at what was happening in the Nursery sector in the City.
.

I know that Wolverhampton has had some bad results surrounding Primary schools. But the education picture is not all gloomy news. Take a look at the step below Primary and you will find a Nursery School sector, that is both creative and striving to become even better.

Not one school of the seven that serves the City in this sector is classed as being in need of 'Special Measures'. Indeed three are classed as Good, and four including my own school of Ashmore Park Nursery- are classed as being 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Clearly as a City Council we need to review where we are at Primary, but come on guys the first rung of the education ladder in this City is not doing so bad.

Lets have a look at what these schools are doing right, when reviewing how Primary Schools can be made better.
