Tree Impedes Boat Traffic in Wednesfield!

There is a tree floating in the canal at or near Perry Hall Bridge.

I am told that two narrow boats have been impeded by that tree which came down into the canal at the end of last week. The tree originally fell onto the tow path but found its way into the canal. I will be contacting CRT to see what they are doing about rescuing the tree! and freeing the canal from a hazard.

I know that our community is taking an increased interest in all things Canal!
