Users invited to assess adult social care services

Thousands of users of council adult social care services are being invited to give their views on the quality of the services they receive.
These will be published in the Wolverhampton Adult Social Care Annual Report – and will help to shape service priorities in future.

Adult social care covers a vast range of services, from support to older people and to those who have needs arising from dementia, physical and learning disabilities and mental ill health. The city’s army of unpaid carers are also supported.

Service users are asked to score services for their performance in enhancing the quality of life, delaying or reducing the need for care and support, providing a positive experience of care and support, safeguarding adults and providing value for money.
