Ashmore Park- Telecommunication Mast Refused

The installation of 12.5m high streetpole enclosing two antenna and associated equipment and housing on land fronting Ashmore Park Library has been dumped!

Many residents will be pleased that the Planning Committee refused Vodafone permission to erect the pole so close to Ashmore Park Nursery and Children's Centre.

The Nursery school objected and I am sure parents will be pleased with the outcome. It has only been a few months ago when the telecommunication company attempted to raise their equipment outside of the Community Centre.

Which is almost opposite the Library on the other side of the road.
