Greg Bateman

Bill and Lena Bateman latterly of Oakville Ontario Canada had five boys they were Michael, William (Billy), James (Jimmy), Bobby and Gregory ( Greg). Bill and Lena were very close to me and over the years we visited often.

My Uncle Bill was a fun loving bloke he loved to shock me when we were over in Canada. Like all the lads he was never happier when he was out fishing. All his boys like the out-doors. Here my cousin Greg is goading me about his fishing skills. Beats the local gudgeon in Wednesfield Cut!

Greg is the youngest of the five boys he is now living in Northern Ontario . Here he is showing off his fishing skill. The photographs were taken in April 2005 Greg lives in a small town with his partner.

Both Bill and Lena Bateman are now deceased. The lads are scattered across Canada.
