Wolverhampton Circle of Magic

Last night the Mayor and Mayoress attended the Wolverhampton Circle of Magicians 58th Annual Dinner at the Connaught Hotel.

Mayor Bateman said " It was a real fabulous night. It was impressive in that this is a growing club and it is attracting young performers. This holds real opportunity into the future as this city expands, and its economic base widens, providing more entertainment and leisure outlets which should allow Magicians even more chance to gain bookings.

During the course of the Year I accepted the honour of becoming the Patron of the Wolverhampton Circle of Magic. The evening was a super one, and after the Circle had honoured its members for long service, a fabulous show of magic was provided. I would like to thank Steve Evans as President for the wonderful evening and the chance to say a few words."
