Fashion Show Success

On Wednesday night the 26th April the Mayor and Mayoress put on a fashion show with a difference!

The Mayor said "It was put on in the Mayor's Parlour by CC and Minosa, and it was very well supported.The room was full of women and there was not a spare seat to be had. I put my head in and welcomed everyone thanking CC and Minosa for the hard work in bringing the show to the Parlour.

I reminded them that the real winners of the event would be the three charities that I was supporting The Divine Onkar, The Children Wards at New Cross Hospital, and Everyman (Men's Testicular Cancer).

Whilst I am unsure exactly how much was raised on the night, it was a great evening....I declined a makeover and after thanking everyone present decided to bow out and leave the evening to Mary!
