The Big One!

Well today has come! The Big One! The Mayor's Golf Day and the Princess Royal to visit Dunstall Park.

What a combination of events for the day. The glitterati of Wolverhampton's golfscene are teeing off at one of the West Midlands finest golf club's at Oxley Park Golf Club, this morning.

There are 36 teams I believe that have entered this charity Golf game with around 120 players all pitting their skills together. I and my intrepid team are the last to go out! We shall have a real good time I am sure. But there will be no winners in my band of happy golfers I can assure you.

So a quick visit to the golf club this morning and then down to Dunstall Park for the visit of Princess Royal at 10.45. A hectic day but I am sure I will enjoy it immensely, and you only ever get one day like this in your life!
