City Conservative Convicted In Court.....

Fiona Elizabeth Latter aged 29, of Cofton Drive Tettenhall; Fined £980 plus £35 costs and disqualified from driving for 24 months for driving on Langley Road with no licence,insurance and after consuming more than the legal limit of alcohol and for failing to stop after an accident. The disqualification will be reduced by six months on completion of a rehabilitation course.
