Happy 102nd Birthday Phyllis!

Yesterday Mayor Phil Bateman and Mayoress Mary Bateman visited Bradley resident Phyllis Davies at the Bradley Resource Centre to celebrate her 102nd birthday!

The Mayor Councillor Bateman said " She is a truly wonderful women, still living independently but supported by close friends and family. It was a pleasure to provide her with City's best wishes and she was surrounded by her friends at her Party.

We had a drink of the hardstuff with her, and piece of her birthday cake. She sang me a song and regaled me with her work in the Labour Party! She is a popular young lady."
