He added "Today we are readying ourselves for the visit Canada's top diplomat in the UK when His Excellency Mr Mel Cappe High Commissioner of Canada will be in the City on Friday 17th February.

His Excellency , accompanied by Mr David Plunkett, Minister (Commercial and Economic), is visiting Wolverhampton City Council to meet with representatives of leading businesses in the City.
