Week End Blog

"So the week end has come and gone...I must apologise to people who were on the look out for me over this period.

I went away up to the North East for a break. Visited some friends in Middlesbrough combined that with a little sporting activity. I mean I watched a team performance..not took part in one myself! But I suppose I may have got more satisfaction if I had!

Had a real action packed time though, went to Whitby Bay yesterday and spotted literally hundreds of Goths! What was going on in Whitby yesterday? They were promenading in all sorts of black & purple outfits and they were very much an attraction for other tourists. But please tell me if anyone knows what was going on ?!!

Rushed back and went to the Hippodrome in Birmingham for the chance to look behind the scenes at Wolverhampton Theatre Production Outfit 'Shout'. They were at the Hippodrome rehearsing their latest production which is to be staged for one day only at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton on the 5th May 2005.

I was well impressed with these players who are in the main from Wolverhampton. If you like the theatre and you like musicals can I advise that you get your ticket from the Grand Theatre Box office quickly!

Finally I will get to telephone messages later today if you have left any. As I started by saying it was a very time intensive week end but we all need a break from time to time. Now I really do need a rest!"
