Wednesday Blog and boy is it hard to do! Never got a wink of sleep last night, lots of issues pouring through my mind.

As well as double booking a date in my diary. My employer will be less than impressed. Today is a very full day work commitments, and a Standards Board meeting at the City Council plus a school meeting this evening.

I am really struggling to get down to reading City Council papers and dealing with some constituency correspondence.

The small housing site that has sprung up on Broad Land North by the canal has had a little bit of vandalism. I have contacted the local police and they are prepared to give it some attention. They have already been and had a look at the site. Sergeant Karl Fryer is really on the ball and I want to thank him for his actions.

We are still having some problems in Bucknall Road with children throwing stones at a couple of homes. Again the Police are aware of the incidents, but the fact that it keeps happening is very debilitating for the residents. I do believe the police should now be in a position to start to take some action. I will report on that later.
