Wednesfield Community Centre

On Saturday 27th November the Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress opened the annual Christmas Fayre at Wednesfield Community Centre Alfred Squire Road.

Councillor Bateman said during his opening speech. " I am really pleased to be here in the heart of the community in which I live to open this Cristmas Fair. I offer my congratulations to Sylvia Nixon and her team for tirelessly working for the Community and organising this Fair.

The Wednesfield Community Centre Marching Band were very good and did much to install the impending Christmas Spirit into us today ."

The Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress visited stalls and had a cup of tea with the organisers before leaving for another appointment.
