Anti Social Behaviour Order In Force

Councillor Phil Bateman said " I welcome this anti social behaviour order because this man has caused much concern in this neighbourhood."

An Anti Social Behaviour Order was granted against Kenny Saunders at
Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Monday 18 October 2004.

The order states he is not to:

Engage in conduct which causes or is likely to cause alarm, distress or
harassment to others or incite or encourage others to do so

Engage in Behaviour which is or is likely to be threatening, abusive or
insulting to others or incite or encourage others to do so
Drink alcohol in any place except on a licensed premises

Enter or attempt to enter any place within in the area surrounded by Griffiths
drive, Parker Rd and Clare Avenue

Expose himself in public and/or to members of the public

Swear in any public place

A letter with these clauses and a photograph of Kenny Saunders will be
delivered to all households within the said area.

The order expires on 18 October 2009.
