Coppice Close Garages

As a local councillor there are many complaints that you are requested to deal with. One of the more difficult ones to deal with is usually the repairs to garages. This is because garages are viewed by the City Council Housing Department as being of low priority usually.

That is why I am so pleased that I have been able to get the Department to react and repair garages in Coppice Close, next to the Community Association.

It is a very sensitive site and there are a lot of visitors making their way to the Community Centre. It is not pleasant to see garages in a state of decline.

The City has told me today that the asbestos section will be completing necessary works to garages 23, 25, 26 and 27, this week. That is a real success! “
