Wolverhampton New Development

This Labour Controlled Authority which is running Wolverhampton City Council has today announced that there is to be a large shopping development including large retail units that will be constructed in the City.

Councillor Phil Bateman said “The development nestling between Cleveland Street, Temple Street & the Netto Snowhill will cost in the region of £210 million. It is a private sector led development it will provide another public square, a further 89 retail units also a cinema.

It doesn’t end there either there will be Cafes and Bars and an 800 space underground car park and 100 residential units.

Wolverhampton is certainly on the up and up with this developer already signed up and announcing it to his Country’s stock market.

These are exciting times for the City of Wolverhampton with Labour at the helm, I certainly welcome this development and the 2,000 jobs it will bring to the City.”
