Alley Needs Cleaning

The alley linking Wyvern Park with Lichfield Road is littered with broken glass, cigarette packets and other litter. It is an eyesore as well as a hazard to pedestrians.

Councillor Phil Bateman said “ I am unhappy at the state of the this pedestrian walkway it is not as clean and free from hazard as it should be. Therefore I am going to contact the City Council with a view to getting it swept and cleaned, and rid of the glass that ‘sparkled’ over the whole length of the footway when I used it last night to make my way to the bus stop.”
