Home Sales Rocket

Home Sales rocket as the total number of homes sold in the last financial year jumped to a massive 767 dwellings.

Councillor Phil Bateman said "the latest figures show that during the last financial year 767 homes were sold in Wolverhampton, beating the target set by the City Council of 550 sales.

These sales realised a Capital receipt for the Council of £16.4m.

This information is contained in an internal report of the City Council. The report also contains information on the fact that HSBC Bank have been contracted to provide mortgage finance and joint promotion of Homes Sales for a further three years with the option of an extension for a further year if both parties agree [City Council& HSBC].
