The new arrangements for City Councillors facing elections in June have become available.

The European Union elections will take place simultaneously with the City Council elections on 10th June 04.
Of the three City Councillors that are elected on that date the first to retire will be the City Councillor with the lowest number of votes amongst the three elected for the Ward.

That will mean that one will face election again in 2006 and the second lowest vote will retire on the 2007 and the final Councillor with the largest vote will retire 2008.
