Police Urged to Act
Councillor Phil Bateman heard pleas from Ashmore Park Residents Association last night concerning one young man who was making life intolerable for residents living in a road on Ashmore Park.
A petition presented by residents at the meeting called for action to be taken to stop a young man who constantly played loud music from his car into the night.
Phil said " No one should have to live with this anti social nuisance. I am surprised that Wednesfield Police have not taken action. I will ensure that they are challenged as to what action they are to take. Tony Blairs Government has enacted new anti social laws to deal with individuals such as this. I will look to the police to act swiftly."
Residents have submitted the name and address plus the car registration of the offender..Action should quickly follow.
