Police 101 Service Needs Improvement
I have written to West Midlands Police today following the Wednesfield Pact Meeting earlier this week.
I informed West Midlands Police that at our regular Wednesfield PACT meeting.
"During the course of that meeting residents voiced their difficulty and their concerns at the variable response they receieved from the Police service when they tried to the 101 number to report a crime, or seek advice from the police."
I explained that I had written to let them know "as it is undermining the confidence that the community has in the service. Improvements to the 101 response is required."
I will keep readers informed if there is a response.
