Sting Fails To Uncover Unlawful Activity

The police inform that the 12 outlets that were targeted all passed the test purchase. None of the businesses attempted to sell to the under age purchaser.

This information is all the more welcome because it was the fourth such 'sting' four months in a row! I think that the measures that store owners have introduced in Beat 17 are clearly working, and it is good to see the law working so well!"
