Attacks On Healthland

Councillor Phil Bateman said "I think we all have a major concern about vandalism where ever it is happening."

He added " Having just driven past the new, but now closed Healthlands Gym at Bentley Bridge. I could not hide my dismay at seeing the large windows now being broken each night by nutters intent on destroying this fine looking building.

I hope that the private owners quickly do something to protect the windows and the fabric of the building before further damage is done and the whole site is reduced in its appeal and aesthetics.

I also hope that the police will keep a watchful eye open for those that are intent on reducing our built environment into a slum."
