A Public Meeting -Turn Up And Listen!

Tomorrow Thursday at 3.30pm there is a public meeting being held at Danesmore Park School.

Councillor Phil Bateman said " I know that the announcement about the 'informal consultation that is taking place currently suggesting that the school should be closed, has taken a lot of residents interest.

I know the organisers of the Public Meeting would be very glad to see a full hall at the school to hear what their Governors have to say about the developments. My advice is that as this issue is all about Primary Education on the Estate, as many parents of children at the school as possible should attend.

It is a very difficult time in the day for me as the Ward Councillor to attend....but I shall try my best!

But the message is a simple one........turn up and listen to what the organisers have to say!
