Mayor Makes 439 Official Engagements!

There is still little hangovers from our time as last years Mayor and Mayoress, we have as reported on this site still to have the official figure for the charity we have been collecting throughout our Mayoral Year.

The last figure I had the sum was around £28,000 so if you are still wanting to make a donation to Councillor Phil Bateman's, Mayor's General Charities Fund, you have not got too long to make it...so please be quick!

We are still receiving 'thank you' messages and I think that we genuinely have been well accepted by the City of Wolverhamprton residents. The Mayors Office tell me that we made 439 official engagements during the year. Now that is not a record by any stretch of one's imagination. But it is very creditable number of engagements especially when you consider we both were holding down jobs!
