Sports Barn Gets Makeover to Hide Graffiti

Ashmore Park Sports Barn on Griffith Drive has received a spring clean following a request made by Councillor Phil Bateman. This followed a visit he and Councillor Gwen Stafford Good made at the end of March.

They found that the Sports Barn had been covered with offensive scrawl and daubings, some of the most explicit nature. After making respresentation to Leisure Services, Andy Burford has responded informing Gwen and Phil that the vandalism had now been removed.

This information is very well received by Phil.
